I was skeptical about vitamin-based tanning, but after a few weeks the daily dose of essential vitamins has my skin looking noticeably warmer. It's nice popping a pill with breakfast instead of worrying about sunscreen streaks, and I feel a bit more energized taking them too.
Three weeks in and my skin actually has a subtle golden tint instead of the usual pale office glow, which is exactly what I hoped for. The vitamin blend is easy on my stomach, so I take them with breakfast without any issues.
Started taking these about three weeks ago and the vitamins have definitely given me a bit more energy in the mornings, which is a nice bonus. Skin tone seems a touch warmer, nothing drastic, but I feel a little more confident without makeup.
