Took it about 30 minutes pre-workout and noticed a solid pump during my arm session, no stomach issues at all. The scoop dissolves fine in water even though it's a big dose, which is more than I can say for other arginine powders I've tried.

The powder mixes cleanly with just a spoon, no clumps left at the bottom of my shaker. I've been adding it to my post-workout drink for two weeks now and the unflavored taste barely registers, which is exactly what I wanted.
